Shipping and Exchange
All products other than hand embroidered products will be shipped to you within a week from date of order placed.
Hand embroidered products will be shipped to you within 10 working days from date of order placed.
We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We put a lot of love and effort into all IZSI pieces, as a company policy, we do not provide refund on any products sold.
We do not accept any international exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Bikini bottoms, custom products and accessories cannot be returned and exchanged.
