Shipping
All products other than hand embroidered products will be shipped to you within 48 hours from date of order placed.
Hand embroidered products will be shipped to you within 10 working days from date of order placed.
For international orders, any customs or import fees are the customer's responsibility. These are not included in our prices and may be charged upon delivery.
Exchange
For domestic orders (India), we have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We put a lot of love and effort into all IZSI pieces, as a company policy, we do not provide refund on any products sold.
For international exchanges, we have a 15-day exchange policy, however, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the exchange, you can contact us at official.izsi@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, package will be picked up from the same address as delivery address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
